EQT WAS THE FIRST BAND I SAW WHEN I GOT HOME FROM VIET NAM IN 1971. FELL IN LOVE WITH THEM AND SURE MISS THEM TODAY. BEST BAND EVER OUT OF ATLANTA.

Old friends with John Lord. Remember going to Byron on several Sunday afternoons after the Atlanta pop festival and helping unload a u-haul trailer full of PBR for $1 a can, An Eric Quincy Tate fund raising project.

Lots of memories came back with Drinking mans Friend. From the Houston Area, stationed in GA (Warner Robins) in about 1974, still have friends there, miss the jam sessions at uncle Sam's...( I think ) In Macon

I met the band at The Whippin Post in the late 70s. So sorry to hear Donnie and Bear are gone, my condolences to all. Joe Rogers recorded with me in Jackson MS about 20 years ago and I'm hoping to find him to do it again with him and the rest of the same musicians. I've been unable to locate him thru friends and studios in Jackson so hopefully someone here can help us connect to record. Thanks yall, EQT still rules. Please contact: Liberty Kelly at liberty123@yahoo.com

In our garage we just set up a 2nd stereo and got our albums out - hubby was overseas in service in late 60 early 70s so he missed a lot of music. I said - ever heard this>>> - he loved it...Thanks - made me smile. THINGS...

Did you say you worked at the gin mill in abbeville sc? If so I'm sure you know "hotdog". Message me if we are talking about the same place. I would love to see some old pictures.
